Parked it and watched the housing and also found that it to be seeping the end of a crack in the housing. This manifolds of plastic cracked a lot. an initial I would like to say thanks to both Docfixit, and rasmataz because that answering my previous post. I think ns should have told friend the problem not mine diagnosis the it. There is a leak in between the top intake manifold and also the water outletI figured it to be the thermostat so i purchased a new thermostat and also "O" ring put them in and it tho leaked. Ns then take it it apart placed on part RTV silicone as directed and it tho leaks though no as much. The thermostat came v a washer the fit around the thermostat housing yet when that washer is in place I cannot placed the thermostat right into the housing. Ns don"t understand what else to do. I execute not see any kind of cracks. Thanks again for her helpjoexray
The just thing I see is that there is a rubber gasket that fits over the sheet all approximately the thermastat. It is made of rubber. This keeps the thermastat in the entry housing. Climate the thermatat gasket go onto the input housing. Climate the outlet that the rubber hose that goes come the radiator goes on. Make sure the area is cleaned really good so no silicone is left to reason the leak. You deserve to use some brand-new sealent as soon as you put the housing ago together. Don"t overtighten the bolts. Snug them up enough and also let the sealent dried a little. Climate retighten them up. Also check the housing for any pitting or minor cracks. If you discover it is really pitted then you can pick up a new one at a local auto components store. I have not see a thermastat where a metal wahser went over the thermastat.
